We are a vibrant neighborhood located just outside of downtown Orlando; where you can experience urban living with a small town feel. Our community is made up of some of the finest local retailers, award winning restaurants, and small businesses found in Central Florida. The community pride can be felt at any one of our popular annual events, that help bring alive the vibrancy, optimism, and shared values of College Park.

Lu Mueller-Kaul & Debo Ofsowitz, Balance Orlando
Balance Orlando Massage and Bodywork opened in College Park in September, 2008 (celebrating seven years this month!).
After running her own practice as a naturopathic physician in her homeland of Germany, Lu Mueller-Kaul came to the US to study Rolfing® Structural Integration, a form of bodywork that shows great long-lasting results for resolving chronic and recurring musculoskeletal pain.
Eventually she landed in Orlando and set up shop as a certified Rolfer™, the only certified Rolfer in Orlando and one of only two in Central Florida. In 2009 she contracted more massage therapists and her wife Deb Ofsowitz (known as Debo) came on board to help manage the administrative duties. Together they worked to build Balance as the place where talented therapists can get paid fairly to do great work. By retaining some of Orlando's most talented therapists Balance is able to provide the top-quality, results-oriented massage and bodywork that has been winning them accolades and awards from Yelp, Orlando Weekly and Watermark Magazine.
Debo and Lu are great attributes to the College Park business district and love everything about it. Debo says that she loves it mostly because t here is so much support for the small local businesses in the area. In fact, Debo says that whether she's at Downtown Credo, My House Fitness or even Publix that it's like "Cheers" because it seems that everyone is so friendly.
Both not only give a great deal to continue enhancing their business but they give a lot to the community, as well. Debo is a tireless volunteer. For almost six years she has been the volunteer editor-in-chief of this College Park Partnership E-Newsletter and has always kept it very newsworthy and fun for the business operators and residents who read it each month. In addition, she serves on the board of directors of "Come out with Pride," and both Debo and Lu are active in the Metropolitan Business Association.
It's great to recognize deserving business members of the College Park Partnership who are giving back to the community.
